Alessandro provides corporate consultancy to both national and international companies. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring through mergers and demergers, advising on acquisitions of Italian companies, and drafting and interpreting commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, and corporate statutes. He also has substantial experience with drafting organizational and control models under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. 

Alessandro is an arbitrator at the Milan Arbitration Chamber and has served as a professor for the Master in Law and Business at Sole 24H since 2007. He is also the author of several legal articles and case commentary.
